TLC Outcomes Service recognizes each person as an individual with unique abilities and goals. Our staff of experienced professionals strive to provide the best services possible by offering a person-directed approach. We work with each person to develop a program with goals that are both challenging and attainable.
We believe that all people should have the opportunity to be fully included in the community. Using a team approach, we value input from those we serve, their families, caregivers, and advocates.
We help individuals to find and keep jobs and live independently in the community. We strive to improve lives and expand possibilities of those that we serve.
Funding for services is received through the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS), private pay, and other sources.
Our program sets the standard of excellence in rehabilitation facilities, having earned its tenth consecutive three-year CARF accreditation, a rigorous peer-review process.
