Our Vision: TLC is
recognized as the leading center for care, service and special
education.
Our Role: TLC will play
several roles in furthering our vision and mission:
We will be an
advocate for the people we serve through community awareness and
education.

endeavor to catalyze change in the community to build effective
partnerships.
We will
strategically invest in program innovation.
