Individuals served are surveyed for satisfaction with TLC on a regular basis. All surveys are tabulated by an independent, third-party research firm.On a rating scale of 1–5 (lowest to highest), the following ratings were the results from July 1– December 31, 2007, for TLC's Family Hearing Center, Occupational Therapy Services, Testing and Tutoring Service, Speech-Language Services and Outcomes Service.
