Individuals served are surveyed for satisfaction with TLC on a regular basis. All surveys are tabulated by an independent, third-party research firm. On a rating scale of 1-5 (lowest to highest), the following ratings were the results from July 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009, for TLC's Family Hearing Center, Occupational Therapy Services, Testing and Tutoring Service, Speech-Language Services and Outcomes Service.
